What the supplier not say, is, that Kali.org lost access to the ‚old‘ privatekey and you need to

sudo wget https://archive.kali.org/archive-keyring.gpg -O /usr/share/keyrings/kali-archive-keyring.gpg

to use apt and any key-related installer again.
